Former R. Charleroi SC coach Enzo Scifo is suing the club.

First win
The Belgian team won its first game of the Belgian season on Saturday against KVC Westerlo, but received two lawsuits today from Scifo and his lawyer Bernard Vandekerckhove. Scifo, who left the club in the summer after two seasons, had been vice-president as well as coach.

Scifo's shares
The first suit introduced in the Tribunal de Commerce de Charleroi against the firm Chaudfontaine, the co-owner and sponsor of the club, concerns shares Scifo owned in the club, via the Société Anonyme Sporting du Pays de Charleroi, which was launched by the Charleroi president and part-owner Abbas Bayat when he took over three years ago.

Second suit
Scifo owned 19 per cent, which represented €470,000, and he claimed he had an agreement that this would be paid back to him when he left. The second suit introduced in front of the Tribunal du Travail of Charleroi against the Société Anonyme concerned unpaid salary estimated to be €170.000.
