FC BATE Borisov's title hopes took another blow as they lost at home to FC Belshina Bobruisk to register their second successive loss.
Belshina step up
Borisov looked in control early on as Igor Chumachenko put them ahead, but Belshina then stepped up the gears, equalising through Vladimir Klimovitch. Denis Korolik and Valeri Stripeikis then struck to put the visitors 3-1 ahead. BATE were handed a lifeline when Chumachenko pulled a goal back however Korolik's second goal of the game secured a comfortable 4-2 win.
Borisov slip
The result means that Borisov slip to third place with four games of the season remaining, seven points behind leaders FC Neman Grodno, who came from a goal down to beat FC Dnepr-Transmash Mogilev 2-1. Torpedo-MAZ Minsk, who are four points behind the leaders also won, beating FC Torpedo Zhodino 2-0.

Elsewhere, Shakhtior Soligorsk beat FC Dinamo Brest 2-0 and FC Dinamo Minsk edged out FC Molodechno 2000 by a single goal while FC Gomel thrashed Lokomotiv-96 Vitebsk 4-0 and FC Zvezda-VA-BGU Minsk drew 2-2 with FC Slavia Mozyr.
