Markhel equaliser
Neman looked to be in control of the match after a first-minute goal from Oleg Radushko, but they were unable to unlock the Torpedo defence again to increase their advantage. And in the second half, Yuri Markhel equalised for the hard-working visitors to deny Neman three points.

Borisov take advantage
FC BATE Borisov took the chance to move into second, as they beat FC Molodechno 2000 4-0. Igor Chumachenko scored twice in the first 20 minutes, the latter a penalty, while Artem Goncharik also added a double.
Gomel held
Elsewhere, FC Gomel were held 2-2 by FC Zvezda-VA-BGU Minsk, while FC Dinamo Minsk played out a scoreless draw with FC Dinamo Brest. Lokomotiv-96 Vitebsk, the basement club, beat defending champions FC Belshina Bobruisk 2-1, while FC Slavia Mozyr overcame FC Dnepr-Transmash Mogilev 3-2.
