Dobos under fire
According to the club's president, Anton Dobos, the pair will stay "at least until the winter break regardless of results". Panduru was dismissed following criticism of Dobos by the trainer after Saturday's home win against CF Sportul Studentesc.
Change of heart
Panduru had resigned in the wake of the derby defeat by FC UTA Arad at the start of October, but was persuaded to return by his players. Gherman led Politehnica, who are fourth in the Romanian first division, to promotion last season. The Romanian winter break starts after the games on 7 December.
