Article body
Helsingborgs IF moved up to third in the Allsvenskan tonight after a 2-1 victory against AIK Solna at the Olympia stadium.
Gronlund heads home
The hosts took the lead 14 minutes into the second half when Finnish international Tommi Gronlund headed in an Alvaro Santos cross. AIK, who are third from bottom after a poor start to the season, hit back ten minutes later through Krister Nordin with a shot which Helsingborg goalkeeper Conny Rosen, making his debut, failed to hold.
Ekenberg grabs winner
Parity lasted for less than a minute, however, as substitute Marcus Ekenberg lobbed Daniel Andersson in the AIK goal for the winner. The result meant a miserable debut for new AIK coach Dusan Uhrin but keeps Helsingborg in the chase for European qualification for the 2003/04 season.
