Örgryte IS went to the top of the Allsvenskan after a 3-2 win against IFK Norrköping on Sunday.

Örgryte IS replaced Landskrona BoIS at the top of the Allsvenskanliga tonight after clinching a thrilling 3-2 home win against IFK Norrköping in front of 7,272 supporters at the Ullevi stadium.

Brazilian magic
Norrköping took the lead through Jonas Wallerstedt after 15 minutes after he latched on to Mattias Flodström's pass, but 23 minutes later Örgryte's Brazilian summer signing Paulinho Guará equalised from a free-kick.

Five-goal thriller
In the second half Örgryte dominated the game and Robert Bengtsson-Bärkroth headed home from a corner to make it 2-1 to the hosts. Jeffrey Aubynn moved Örgryte 3-1 ahead with a superb long-range strike with just six minutes left on the clock. The scoring was not over though as Norrköping's Mikael Ström set up a thrilling finish with a well-struck shot from just outside the box following a corner. Örgryte are now three points clear of Landskrona at the top of the first division, although they have played one game more than their rivals.

Goalkeeping heroics
Malmö FF's impressive start to the season took a knock after they were beaten 2-0 at home by ten-man GIF Sundsvall. The home side went into the match in search of their sixth win in succession, but were thwarted by a superb display by Sundsvall keeper Fredrik Sundfors.

Seeing red
Mattias Thorsell gave Sundsvall the lead when he capitalised on a mix-up between Malmö keeper Lee Baxter and defender Gudmunder Mete after 37 minutes. And Thorsell won a penalty after 56 minutes that was converted by Norwegian Tommy Bergersen. Sundsvall had Mats Barkemo sent off after 51 minutes after he was shown a second yellow card, but Malmö failed to break through the visitors's defence in which Sundsfors was outstanding.

Out of Africa
In the remaining fixture played tonight, AIK Solna were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Örebro SK FK. AIK's summer signing Gary Sundgren gave the hosts a deserved lead from close range after a corner in the 23rd minute, but Örebro's Kenya striker Boniventure Maruti equalised in the 67th minute with his third goal this season following a mistake by Swedish international defender Teddy Lucic.
