FC Metalist Kharkiv and FC Tavriya Simferopol have both parted company with their coaches.
Four-year spell
Metalist coach Mykhaylo Fomenko has resigned after four years in charge of the club while Tavriya's Valery Petrov has also chosen to step down.
UEFA Cup contention
Fomenko took a decision to resign after Metalist beat FC Metalurh Donetsk 3-1 in the league and reinforced their position in fourth spot - still in contention for a UEFA Cup berth.
'Nobody cares'
Wages had not been paid for several months, and Fomenko decided to quit despite his side's successful league campaign. "Nobody cares about this team," said Fomenko, who was voted Coach of the Year in Ukraine in 2001.
Ukrainian title
Meanwhile, Tavriya will be looking to employ their 13th coach in just six seasons, after Petrov, who took the club to the Ukrainian title in 1992, quit today. Vice-president Anatoly Zayaev will serve as interim coach in Tavriya's one remaining game of the season. Tavriya currently lie seventh in the table.
