Italian international defender Daniele Bonera completed his move to Parma AC on a five-year contract today.
Five-year deal
The right-sided defender has joined Parma from Brescia Calcio on a five-year contract, with the deal having been agreed earlier in the year.
'Very mature player'
"Bonera is a very mature player," enthused technical director Ariggo Sacchi. "And more mature than his age.''
'Had trust in me'
The 20-year-old believes that he is making a well-judged career move, but was quick to thank Brescia coach Carlo Mazzone for his Serie A grounding. "He has made me mature and even if he knew that I was leaving half way through the season he still let me play - he had trust in me," said Bonera.
