FK Zvezdara's hopes of escaping relegation were hit on Wednesday night by a crushing 5-1 defeat at FK Rad.
Stevanovic double
Rad's Borislav Stevanovic scored two first-half penalties, either side of a Marko Devic goal, before the home side pulled away with strikes from Aleksandar Rankovic and Goran Jerinic. Dragan Stevanovic finished the scoring three minutes from time to complete a miserable night for Zvezdara.
Postponed game
The match was postponed last week by theYugoslav Football Association after Rad's squad was decimated by a bout of food poisoning. Rad now lie in 12th place, six points off the relegation zone, with Zvezdara second from bottom.
