SK Slavia Praha played out a goalless draw with FC Brno that did little good to either side’s chances of qualifying for Europe.
Opportunity missed
Brno had the best chance to send the crowd home happy on Friday but spurned the opportunity. It came in the 25th minute when Zdenek Valnoha forced a superb save from Radek Cerný in the Slavia goal. Visitors Slavia, missing star striker Pavel Kuka, lacked direction up front but were solid in defence.
