FC Rostselmash Rostov-Na-Donu have signed Belarussian midfield player Dmitry Chalei from FC Slavia Mozyr on a two-year deal.

Belarussian bond
Chalei's signing will bring the number of Belarussians playing for the Russian Premier-Liga side to four. The 23-year-old joins the country's international goalkeeper Gennadi Tumilovic and midfielders Aleksandr Chaika and Vladimir Korytko at the club.

Mozyr star
A graduate of the FC Dinamo Minsk football academy, Chalei signed for Mozyr in 1998. In 1999, he helped them to the runners-up spot in the Belarussian first division, scoring eleven goals. The following season, the club did the double, clinching both the league title and the Belarus Cup. Chalei also featured for the Belarus Under-21 side in 1999.
