The Adjudicatory Chamber of the UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) has issued the final judgements in the cases of the three clubs that had been placed under suspended disciplinary measures due to having overdue payables (see Media Release No061).
Following the assessment of the documentation submitted by these clubs in connection with their compliance with the conditions imposed by the CFCB Adjudicatory Chamber, it was determined that:
FC Metalurh Donetsk (Ukraine) and Skonto FC (Latvia) did not fulfil the conditions and are therefore excluded from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which they would otherwise qualify in the next three seasons – meaning 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17.
FC Petrolul Ploieşti (Romania) have fulfilled the conditions and therefore the suspended exclusion does not take effect. The club are consequently entitled to participate in the next UEFA club competitions for which they qualify.
