FC Spartak Moscow have agreed to allow new signing Marco Villaseca to return to Chile.

FC Spartak Moscow have agreed to allow new signing Marco Villaseca to return to Chile after the midfield player failed to settle in the Russian capital.

Club understands
Chilean international Villaseca had signed a three-year deal with the 2001 Premier-Liga champions earlier this month, after leaving CSD Colo Colo. "We are civilised people and we understand Villaseca`s family concerns," said Spartak assistant coach Vyacheslav Grozny. "We are not going to create a problem for him."

Solid start
Spartak have made a solid start to the 2002 campaign, with one win and a draw from their first two league outings. As champions, the club will enter the 2002/03 UEFA Champions League at the first group stage.
