Impressive campaign
The agreement caps a fruitful week for the 19-year-old right-winger, who scored in Sunday's 2-0 Primera División victory against RC Deportivo La Coruña. Navas's previous contract would have expired in 2008 but Sevilla have been impressed with his performances during 19 league appearances this term. In addition to the two-year extension, Sevilla have increased Navas's buy-out fee from €18m to €60m.
'Turning out well'
Navas said: "It seems everything is turning out well. I would like to thank the directors for their faith in me and the coach for giving me a regular place in the side." Sevilla lie third in the Primera División and meet Real Betis Balompié in the Seville derby on Saturday.
