Roman Plesec scored twice before the break, in the 19th and 36th minutes, to put the home side firmly in control of the match. Oskar Drobne made it 3-0 from the penalty spot, five minutes after the break, while Matej Rebol completed the rout ten minutes from time.

Elsewhere in the Slovenian first division today, NK Šmartno overcame NK Korotan 1-0 thanks to a late penalty from Matjaz Stancar, seven minutes from time. NK Gorica and NK Rudar Velenje drew one apiece, after Ismet Ekmecic's 18th minute goal was cancelled out before the break by Josip Ribic's strike. And NK Mura lost 1-0 to NK Olimpija Ljubljana, with Nedim Jusufbegovic scoring the only goal of the game.
