Proceedings opened against Malmö FF, 1. FC Union Berlin, 1. FC Slovácko

Disciplinary proceedings have been instigated in accordance with Article 55 of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR) following the UEFA Europa League group stage match between Malmö FF and 1. FC Union Berlin (0-1) played on 6 October in Sweden.

Proceedings against Malmö FF:

• Blocking of public passageways, Art. 38 UEFA Safety 6 Security Regulations

• Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR)

• Throwing of objects, Art. 16(2)(b) DR

• Provocative message of an offensive nature, Art. 16(2)(e) DR

• Crowd disturbances, Art. 16(2)(h) DR

Proceedings against 1. FC Union Berlin:

• Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR

• Throwing of objects, Art. 16(2)(b) DR

• Acts of damage, Art. 16(2)(f) DR

The UEFA disciplinary bodies will decide on the matter in due course.

Disciplinary proceedings have also been instigated following the UEFA Europa Conference League group stage match between 1. FC Slovácko and OGC Nice (0-1) played on 6 October in Czechia.

Proceedings against 1. FC Slovácko:

• Throwing of objects, Art. 16(2)(b) DR

The UEFA disciplinary bodies will decide on the matter in due course.
