The UEFA Appeals Body has taken the following decisions:

Match: FK Partizan vs. FC Nordsjælland – 31 August 2023 (UEFA Europa Conference League 2023/2024)

Incidents:

Discriminatory behaviour, Art. 14(2) DR

Decision:

The appeal lodged by the FK Partizan is rejected. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of 28 September 2023 is confirmed.

Incidents:

Provocative message of an offensive nature, Art. 16(2)(e) DR

Decision:

The appeal lodged by the Lithuanian Football Federation is rejected. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of 12 October 2023 is confirmed.

Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR

Decision:

The appeal lodged by Legia Warszawa is partially upheld. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of 12 October 2023 is amended, as follows:

-To fine Legia Warszawa €16,000 for the blocking of public passageways.

-To close the disciplinary proceedings opened against Legia Warszawa for the alleged lighting of fireworks.

-To close the disciplinary proceedings opened against Legia Warszawa for its alleged failure to ensure that all exits and gates in the stadium and/or all gates leading from the spectator areas into the playing area, remain unlocked while spectators are in the stadium.
