The UEFA Appeals Body has taken the following decisions:

Decision:
The appeal lodged by the FK Partizan is rejected. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of 28 September 2023 is confirmed.

Decision:
The appeal lodged by Legia Warszawa is partially upheld. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of 12 October 2023 is amended, as follows:
-To fine Legia Warszawa €16,000 for the blocking of public passageways.
-To close the disciplinary proceedings opened against Legia Warszawa for the alleged lighting of fireworks.
-To close the disciplinary proceedings opened against Legia Warszawa for its alleged failure to ensure that all exits and gates in the stadium and/or all gates leading from the spectator areas into the playing area, remain unlocked while spectators are in the stadium.
