UECL: FK Austria Wien vs Legia Warszawa, HŠK Zrinjski vs LASK, ACF Fiorentina vs SK Rapid Wien, FK Partizan vs FC Nordsjælland, U21: Austria vs Bosnia and Herzegovina

The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has taken the following decisions affecting the attendance of supporters to UEFA matches:

Match: FK Austria Wien (AUT) - Legia Warszawa (POL), 17 August 2023 (UEFA Europa Conference League)

• To fine FK Austria Wien €15,000 and to order the partial closure of FK Austria Wien’s stadium (i.e. sectors 123 and 125) during the next (1) UEFA competition match in which FK Austria Wien plays as host club, for throwing of objects. Said partial stadium closure is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.

• To fine FK Austria Wien €37,500 for lighting of fireworks.

• To fine FK Austria Wien €18,000 for blocking of public passageways.

• To suspend FK Austria Wien player, Mr. Aleksandar Jukic, for a total of three (3) UEFA club competition matches for which he would otherwise be eligible, for assaulting another player.

Match: HŠK Zrinjski (BIH) - LASK (AUT), 3 August 2023 (UEFA Europa Conference League)

• To fine LASK €20,000 and to ban LASK from selling tickets to its away supporters for the next (1) UEFA club competition match, for throwing of objects and acts of damage. Said ban is suspended during a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.

• LASK is ordered to contact HŠK Zrinjski within 30 days for the settlement of the damages caused by its supporters, i.e. for the 150 seats that have been broken

Match: ACF Fiorentina (ITA) - SK Rapid Wien (AUT), 31 August 2023 (UEFA Europa Conference League)

• To fine SK Rapid Wien €35,000 and to ban SK Rapid Wien from selling tickets to its away supporters for the next one (1) UEFA club competition match, for lighting of fireworks, throwing of objects, acts of damage, transmitting a provocative message of an offensive nature and improper conduct of its team. Said ban is suspended during a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.

• To order SK Rapid Wien to contact ACF Fiorentina within 30 days for the settlement of the damages caused by its supporters, i.e. for the damaged seats.

Match: FK Partizan (SRB) - FC Nordsjælland (DEN), 12 September 2023 (UEFA Europa Conference League)

• To order FK Partizan to play its next two (2) UEFA club competition matches as host club behind closed doors, for the discriminatory and racist behaviour of its supporters. The second match behind closed doors is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.

Match: Austria Under-21 - Bosnia and Herzegovina Under-21, 31 August 2023 (European Under-21 Championship 2025)

• To fine the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation Under-21 €20,000 and to ban the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation Under-21 from selling tickets to its away supporters for the next (1) match, for lighting of fireworks and throwing of objects. Said ban is suspended during a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.
