The UEFA Appeals Body has taken the following decisions:
Match: 2023 UEFA Nations League, Croatia v. France played on 6 June 2022 in Croatia
AB Decision:
The appeal lodged by the Croatian Football Federation is rejected. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of 29 June 2022 is confirmed.
The CEDB had decided:
1. To fine the Croatian Football Federation €15,000 and to order the partial closure of the Croatian Football Federation’s stadium during the next (1) UEFA competition match in which the Croatian Football Federation would play as the host association, for the racist behaviour of its supporters. The Croatian Football Federation shall inform prior to the match, the sector(s) to be closed, which shall at least comprehend 3,000 seats.
2.To order the Croatian Football Federation to implement the following directive in the next UEFA competition match which the association shall play as the host association: to display a banner with the wording “#NoToRacism”, with the UEFA logo on it.

Match: 2021/22 UEFA Europa Conference League final, AS Roma v. Feyenoord played on 25 May 2022 in Albania
AB Decision:
The appeal lodged by Feyenoord is rejected. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of 29 June 2022 is confirmed.
The CEDB had decided to fine Feyenoord €15,000 for transmitting a provocative message of an offensive nature, i.e. for the illicit banner.
