The UEFA Appeals Body has taken the following decisions:
Match: 2021/22 UEFA Europa Conference League, PAOK FC vs. Olympique de Marseille, played on 14 April 2022 in Greece
AB Decision:
The appeal lodged by PAOK FC is rejected. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of 17 May 2022 is confirmed. The CEDB had decided to order the partial closure of PAOK FC’s stadium during the next UEFA competition match it plays as host club, and to fine PAOK FC €70,000, for lighting of fireworks, use of laser pointers, transmitting provocative messages of an offensive nature and blocking of public passageways.

Match: 2021/22 UEFA Europa Conference League, AZ Alkmaar vs. FK Bodø/Glimt, played on 17 March 2022 in The Netherlands
AB Decision:
The appeal lodged by AZ Alkmaar is rejected. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of 30 March 2022 is confirmed. The CEDB had decided to fine AZ Alkmaar €10,000 and order the partial closure of AZ Alkmaar’s stadium during the next UEFA competition match it plays as host club, for throwing of objects. The partial stadium closure was suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years.

AB Decision:
The appeal lodged by Galatasaray A.Ş. is rejected. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of 20 April 2022 is confirmed. The CEDB had decided to order the partial closure of Galatasaray A.Ş.’s stadium during the next UEFA competition match it plays as host club, and to fine Galatasaray A.Ş. €20,000, for throwing of objects. The partial stadium closure was suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years. The CEDB had also decided to fine Galatasaray A.Ş. €6,250 for lighting of fireworks.
