The 2023 UEFA Under-19 Futsal EURO hosts Croatia will be in a group with holders Spain after the finals draw was made at Istrian Assembly Hall, Poreč by Vedran Ćorluka, former Croatian football international and current assistant national coach.
Croatia will be joined at the finals Žatika Arena in Poreč from 3 to 10 September by March's seven main round group winners. Taking on the hosts in Group A are France, Spain and Portugal. Spain have won both previous editions, beating Croatia in the 2019 final in Riga and Portugal last year in Jaén, in a tournament postponed 12 months due to the COVID pandemic.
In Group B, 2022 semi-finalists Ukraine face Italy and both first-time qualifiers, Slovenia and Finland.. The groups are played on 3, 4 and 6 September and the top pair in each section progress to the semi-finals two days later. The final is on 10 September.

Group A: Croatia (hosts), Portugal, Spain (holders), France
Group B: Ukraine, Finland, Slovenia, Italy
Draw procedure
There were two groups of 4 teams to be drawn (A and B). Croatia, as host association, was assigned to the position A1, as per competition regulations.
This was an open draw, which meant that there were seven teams to be drawn from the same pot.
The first team drawn was allocated to position B1, the second team drawn to position A2, the third ball to position B2, and so on.
