UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 tickets

Tickets for UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 in Croatia are on sale from Monday 28 November.

The 12-team final tournament runs from 31 January to 11 February 2012, with matches at the 14,500-capacity Arena Zagreb and Split's 10,500-seater Spaladium Arena.

• Ticket prices
There are three price categories. All prices are in Croatian kuna (HRK) with approximate euro values indicated for information only.

Applicants placing their ticket requests via the UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 ticket portal or through TISAKmedia agencies will benefit from a 50% discount on full prices. Sales from the respective arena ticketing offices will be processed on a full price basis.

For ticket orders online an administration/delivery fee will be charged per ticket order as follows:

Administration fee for ticket pick-up at the arenas: HRK 10 (€1.50)

Delivery fee for ticket shipment:
within Croatia: HRK 42 (€5.60)
rest of world: HRK 240 (€32.00)

An insurance fee related to ticket shipment will also be charged. Preferred delivery option can be chosen online. For further information, please refer to our FAQ section.

All prices and administration fees are 23% VAT inclusive.

• Sales channels
Applicants can apply for a maximum of six tickets per match (in the same price category) via the sames channels listed below. For group orders (more than six tickets), please refer to our FAQ section.

1) Online via the UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 ticket portal 
The ticket portal is open for ticket orders from 16.00CET on 28 November. Applications need to be registered no later than 24 hours before each selected game.

2) TISAKmedia agencies
From 28 November until the day of the final, tickets will be available for sale in 23 TISAKmedia agencies throughout Croatia. Further information regarding location and opening hours can be found in our FAQ section.

3) Arena ticketing offices
Tickets can be purchased from the ticket offices at both the Arena Zagreb and the Spaladium Arena from 29 January until the day of the final.

Opening hours on matchdays: 09.00 until end of match (local time)
Opening hours on non-matchdays: 09.00–11.00 and 15.00–18.00 (local time)
