🤔 EURO 2024 App & Fan Pass FAQs
Account & login
If you bought the tickets yourself: Log in with the same email address that you used at purchase. You will see your Fan Pass and get personalised updates and live notifications for your matchday.
If you've been transferred your ticket: Make sure you use the email address to which they were sent. You may need to create a MyUEFA account with the same email address first if you don’t already have one.
*Note that some mobile tickets cannot be transferred. To find out more about mobile tickets, visit the ticketing FAQs.
Yes. If you're the one who bought the match tickets, you already have an account. If someone else bought your ticket and you've been transferred your tickets, you may need to create an account. It's free and simple – just make sure you use the same email address as for your match tickets.
Okay, let's do some troubleshooting:
1️⃣ First things first – check you have a valid ticket for EURO 2024 in your UEFA Mobile Tickets app.
2️⃣ Make sure you used the same email address when logging in to both the UEFA Mobile Tickets app and the EURO 2024 app.
3️⃣ If you have just been sent or transferred your match ticket, give it a few minutes. Restart both apps and log in again.
Fan Pass
No. To enter the stadium, open your UEFA Mobile Tickets app and be ready to show your match ticket. The Fan Pass will not give you access to the stadium.
You need to be online to load your Fan Pass in the app.
When added to your Google Wallet or Apple Wallet, you can access the Fan Pass anytime, even when you're offline.
Make sure your phone is fully charged so you can show your Fan Pass when travelling. Screenshots or printouts will not be accepted by staff on-site. Remember you can bring a small power bank into the stadium if you're worried about battery life on matchday.
Simply go into "Account settings" on your UEFA profile and update your name. You may need to close the app and re-open the Fan Pass for the change to take effect.
You may be asked to show valid ID when travelling with your Fan Pass, so it's important your name on it is correct.
No, screenshots or printouts will not be accepted.
No, only if you transfer them your match ticket. Fan Pass is linked to your ticket account, so if your guests want to have their own Fan Pass on their phone (e.g. if they travel from somewhere else), simply transfer your match ticket to them via the UEFA Mobile Tickets App.
That's not necessary. Your Fan Pass recognises the number of tickets you have as it's linked to your ticket account. For example, if you have two match tickets on your phone, your Fan Pass will show two people, meaning that both you and your guest can travel with the Fan Pass.
If someone in your group doesn't have a mobile phone, simply keep the match tickets on your phone and travel together on your Fan Pass.
Within the validity period of the 36 Hour Travel Pass, you can use your Fan Pass on the local regional network. If you're unsure if you're connection is included, it's best to check the website of the respective transport network(s). You can find the list here.
Alternatively,
1️⃣ Open your Fan Pass on the EURO 2024 app.
2️⃣ Tap on "36 Hour Travel Pass". You'll find a list of all services that are included for your Host City.
3️⃣ Head to the transport network website. Check out their network map and plan your journey.
Note that long-distance train services (ICE, IC or EC) cannot be used with the 36 Hour Travel Pass.
