Please display the UEFA parking pass on the right-hand-side of the windshield of your car. Cars will be screened on arrival at the stadium, so we recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare.

If you go by taxi, keep in mind the city will be busy with local traffic and journey times will significantly increase on matchdays. The location of the taxi pick-up and drop-off point at Frankfurt Arena is:

To enter the stadium on matchday, present your ticket on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app.

Signage at the stadium will direct you to your respective hospitality area. Please note, both hospitality entrances are accessible.

Each hospitality area has its own welcome desk where our team of friendly hosts will direct you to your respective lounge or box.

Once inside the stadium, pick up your wristband at the welcome desk of your lounge.
