Welcome to UEFA EURO 2024!
It is our pleasure to host you at Düsseldorf Arena. Your hospitality package offers an unrivalled view of the match, plus a great environment for enjoying a feast of football.
This page is here to help make your hospitality experience a truly memorable one, so you can soak up all the action on the pitch in comfort and style. You’ll find all the information you need, including your matchday schedule, lounge information, as well as key travel and parking details.
💡 Before arriving
📲 All tickets will be mobile tickets, so install the dedicated UEFA Mobile Tickets app on your phone, download your ticket(s) and transfer to your guests before you travel to EURO 2024.
🎒 Please leave luggage at home or in your hotel as bags larger than A4 size will not be permitted in the stadium.
🚭 Kindly note that smoking in hospitality spaces and in the stands is not permitted. Thank you for respecting the No Smoking policy.
🏟️ Stadium rules - Check the list of prohibited items so you don’t accidentally bring any items mentioned, such as cane umbrellas, professional cameras, food, or drinks.
🚆 Matchday travel
We highly recommend making your way to the stadium early. Getting across the city may take longer than expected and we want to make sure you’re not rushing to enjoy your hospitality experience.
⚠️Only drive to the stadium if you have received a UEFA parking pass as part of your package
There is no parking at the stadium for guests without a parking pass.
🌱 Did you know?
Travelling by train and public transport will be the most convenient and sustainable option to get around.
Luckily, as a EURO 2024 ticket holder you get a Fan Pass, which is the key to unlocking travel benefits such as free matchday travel (36 Hour Travel Pass), and access to discounted train tickets for domestic (DB Ticket EURO 2024) and international (Interrail Pass EURO 2024) journeys.
Your Fan Pass is free and will be available on the UEFA EURO 2024 app from 3 June. Simply download the UEFA EURO 2024 app and log in using the same email address used for your Hospitality ticket.
The stadium is easily accessible by public transport. For information on how to get to the stadium on matchday, visit our dedicated stadium travel page.

Parking for Hospitality Experience ticket holders with a parking pass:
📍 Car and bus park location: Parking P2
⌚ Open: 4h before kick-off – 90 minutes after final whistle
The parking area has no height limit.
Please only drive to the Stadium on matchday if you have received a parking pass as part of your Hospitality Package. Please display the UEFA parking pass on the right-hand-side of the windshield of your car. Cars will be screened on arrival at the stadium, so we recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare.

If you go by taxi, keep in mind the city will be busy with local traffic and journey times will significantly increase on matchdays. The locations of the taxi pick-up and drop-off point at Düsseldorf Arena are:
Option 1️⃣: Taxis can take you to Stockumer Höfe near P2 (car park 2), which is located north of the arena.
Option 2️⃣: Taxis can take you to Messe Süd/Congress Center, which is located south of the arena.
🚶🏼♀️In both cases, the stadium is only a short walk away.
Alternatively, you can use the Hospitality Experience Club app (Apple / Android) to book a private chauffeur service* from your hotel or residence directly to the stadium.

🏟️ At the stadium
Your stadium entrance is marked on your match ticket. Have a look at the map above to locate the entrance of your hospitality area at Düsseldorf Arena.
To enter the stadium on matchday, present your ticket on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app.
To access the Lounge, please enter the stadium through Gate North/South near Europaplatz or Gate South near Messe Süd/Congress Center. Please follow the signage to arrive at the Lounge entrance. Dedicated Volunteers will show the way to the Hospitality Area. The hospitality entrance at Gate North/South is accessible.
Each hospitality area has its own welcome desk where our team of friendly hosts will direct you to your respective lounge or box.
Once inside the stadium, pick up your wristband at the welcome desk of your lounge.

🍽️ Menu: UEFA Club guests will be immersed into a lively hospitality experience that showcase the best of European cuisine, intertwined with iconic German dishes reflecting the regions’ finest produce. Playful interpretations of European classics will be created by talented chefs, right in front of the guests to create an interactive gastronomic experience like no other.
🎶 Entertainment: The overarching entertainment concept embraces a diverse range of elements, including DJs, walking acts, and Fussball Freestylers.
