EURO 2024 Festival is coming to Cologne, with an abundance of activities and cultural experiences to keep you entertained beyond the football! The city and its residents are well experienced in hosting large-scale events and are known for creating a vibrant, cosmopolitan and welcoming atmosphere for all fans, guests and locals alike. Stop by the Fan Zone at Heumarkt, mingle with other fans at the Public Viewing in Tanzbrunnen while enjoying art and culture in the old town.
🎉 Fan Zone Heumarkt
At the heart of the EURO 2024 Festival in Cologne will be the Fan Zone Heumarkt. Bring your friends, family and colleagues to join thousands of other fans for the ultimate EURO experience. Open on all 31 days of the tournament, the Fan Zone will be the perfect place to drop in and enjoy the “kölsche” atmosphere while watching all EURO 2024 matches on screens or showing off your skills in one of the various football-related activities on-site.

Become part of the UEFA campaign, spearheaded by Ruud Gullit and backed by Manuel Neuer, Ana Maria Marković and Gareth Bale, and learn how to save a life! 🦺
Visit the 'Get trained, save lives' booth in Fan Zone Heumarkt daily between 14:00 and 23:00!
The campaign is a joint initiative from UEFA and the ERC to raise awareness on the topic of sudden cardiac arrest and the importance of bystander CPR.
Take part in the CPR-race or visit the online-module where you will be trained by Erling Haaland and Thierry Henry.

In addition to a selection of non-alcoholic drinks and beer, there is also a wide range of food options. Choose from burgers, pizzas, kebabs and various barbecue dishes. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.

The Fan Zone is designed to accommodate up to 7,500 people. If it reaches capacity, the “one in, one out” policy applies, whereby one person is allowed to enter for every fan leaving the Fan Zone. This may involve waiting times.

📺 Public Viewing Tanzbrunnen
The official Public Viewing is in an iconic Cologne setting. Enjoy the beautiful view over the Rhine river with the World Heritage site Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom) as a backdrop while watching the biggest matches of the tournament live on giant screens. Expect live music, a stage programme and an eclectic atmosphere to rival any stadium.

The following matches will be screened live in the Public Viewing Area, including Public Viewing opening hours:
29 June 2024: 15:00 – 23:00
30 June 2024: Round of 16 in Cologne: 17:00 – 23:00
In addition, on any other potential matchdays of the German team in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final.

🎡 Spectacular
The Spectacular “Alaaf” welcomes all national and international fans to the Roncalliplatz in the heart of the city. Here you can take great photos with the Cathedral in the background. “Kölle Alaaf“ is the joyful Cologne carnival greeting and can be heard again and again not only on the great days in Cologne.
