UEFA's Organs for the Administration of Justice are:

Members of the Organs for the Administration of Justice are independent and may not belong to any other organ or committee of UEFA.
Members of the Organs for the Administration of Justice are elected by the Executive Committee for a term of four years. The elected memberes of UEFA's Organs for the Administration of Justice are presented to the Congress for ratification.
Further rules relating to the UEFA Organs for the Administration of Justice are set out in the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations or in other specific regulations adopted by the Executive Committee.
Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body
The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body consists of a chairman, two vice-chairmen and the necessary number of other members as determined by the Executive Committee. As a rule, the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body reaches decisions in the presence of three of its members. The chairman may enlarge the quorum to a maximum of seven members if they consider it necessary.
The chairman of the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body, one of its vice-chairmen or oneof its members acting as ad hoc chairman may take a decision as a judge sitting alone in particular cases set out in the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations.
Appeals Body
The Appeals Body consists of a chairman, two vice-chairmen and the necessary number of other members as determined by the Executive Committee. As a rule, the Appeals Body reaches decisions in the presence of three of its members. The chairman may enlarge the quorum to a maximum of seven members if they consider it necessary.
The chairman of the Appeals Body, one of its vice-chairmen or one of its members acting as ad hoc chairman may take a decision as a judge sitting alone in particular exemptions provided in the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations.
The Appeals Body has jurisdiction to hear appeals against decisions of the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body and to rule on particularly urgent cases referred to it directly by the chairman of the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body.
Ethics and Disciplinary Inspectors
The Executive Committee appoints the necessary number of Ethics and Disciplinary Inspectors and designates one of them as chief inspector. The Ethics and Disciplinary Inspectors represent UEFA in proceedings before the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body and the Appeals Body.
Club Financial Control Body
The Club Financial Control Body is divided into a first instance chamber and an appeals chamber, the composition of which is determined by the Executive Committee.
Each chamber of the Club Financial Control Body shall, as a rule, reach decisions in the presence of at least three of its members.
The first instance chamber shall have jurisdiction to decide on issues specified in the applicable regulations as adopted by the Executive Committee. The appeals chamber shall have jurisdiction to hear appeals against decisions of the first instance chamber to the extent provided for in the applicable regulations as adopted by the Executive Committee.
The activities of the UEFA Organs for the Administration of Justice are administered by the UEFA disciplinary unit.
