England and Norway completed the lineup for this summer's UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship final tournament in Israel after their elite round Group 4 match concluded on Thursday evening.
The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body decided the game – which originally took place on 4 April – should be replayed from when England were awarded a penalty in added time.
Leah Williamson converted that spot kick at Seaview Stadium in Belfast – her second penalty of the day, having also struck against Switzerland – to earn Mo Marley's team a 2-2 draw and top spot in the section. Norway go through to the finals as best runners-up, determined by each second-placed side's record against the teams that finished first and third in their group.
