- Three Domestic Champions path ties concluded on Tuesday: results
Group E
BATE 0-3 Barcelona
Barcelona, despite dominating possession, had only Théo Chendri's 25-metre strike to show for their first-half superiority. In the second period, however, they made sure of their first win, which gives them five points from three games, through Marc Rio and Carles Aleñá.
Leverkusen 2-1 Roma
Leverkusen have a two-point lead over Barcelona at the top of the group thanks to Patrik Džalto's added-time clincher, a powerful finish beyond Lorenzo Cristanto after being found by Benjamin Henrichs's reverse pass. Ezequiel Ponce had equalised for Roma ten minutes into the second half, cancelling out Werkself captain Marlon Frey's opener.
Group F
Dinamo Zagreb 2-2 Olympiacos
Dinamo scored two late goals to earn an unlikely point. Olympiacos captain Manolis Saliakis had made it 1-0 from the spot in the first half and though Thanasis Androutsos was dismissed with 19 minutes left, the visitors doubled up through Dimosthenis Chantzaras. Substitute Marijan Čabraja halved the hosts' arrears on 84 minutes, but Dinamo looked to be heading for defeat until, three minutes into added time, Dani Olmo's 20-metre effort slipped through the hands of Iason Gavalas.
Arsenal 2-0 Bayern München
Alex Iwobi, who made his senior debut for Nigeria earlier this month, struck twice in the space of five second-half minutes. His first was a powerful drive from the edge of the box that whizzed into the top corner; his second, a low finish across the goalkeeper following Donyell Malen's ball from the left.
Group G
Dynamo Kyiv 0-2 Chelsea
A few days after announcing he had signed a new contract at Stamford Bridge, Tammy Abraham put in a stellar showing to prolong Chelsea's unbeaten start. The 18-year-old notched in the 13th and 72nd minutes and was the standout performer in Ukraine.
Porto 2-0 Maccabi Tel-Aviv
A sixth-minute own goal from Maccabi's Ran Vaturi set Porto up for their first victory of the campaign. Diogo Costa played a key role in the hosts preserving their advantage before the break, making several saves to deny Maccabi a deserved equaliser. Dor Galili squandered a one-on-one with half an hour left and was made to pay when Porto captain João Cardoso converted a late penalty.
Group H
Valencia 5-1 Gent
Valencia dominated from first minute to last as they moved level on points with Lyon at the top of the section. Antonio Martínez got the ball rolling with a shot past Tanguy Segers, while Rafael Mir rounded things off two minutes from time with the second of his brace. Gent's response came from Dante Walen midway through the second half, by which point they were 3-0 down.
Zenit 3-1 Lyon
Zenit captain Ilya Kubyshkin fired the opener and it was 2-0 by the interval, Nikita Andreev netting with a low finish from Pavel Nazimov's centre. Provider turned scorer on 63 minutes after Nazimov intercepted a pass aimed at Lyon goalkeeper Stanislas Lebongo. The French side got one back late on when Alexandre Roselli finished off a goalmouth scramble.
