Do you live in or around Warsaw and fancy performing to an estimated 190 million viewers in 120 countries on 27 May?
Renowned choreographer Agustin Egurrola will soon be recruiting around 300 performers for the opening ceremony of the UEFA Europa League final in the Polish capital's 55,000-seater National Stadium. The performance will last nine minutes ahead of the match and the theme will be a tribute to the two finalists and the values of UEFA and the UEFA Europa League.
"With colourful and impressive mass choreography we aim to get all the fans in the mood for excitement and a football celebration, and create a fantastic atmosphere for both the spectators in the stadium and those watching on TV," said Egurrola. Music will be especially composed by Adam Skorupa, with Polish company Platige Image in overall charge of the ceremony.
Recruitment of volunteer performers starts at the beginning of March at Warsaw's Egurrola Dance Studio. More information about castings will follow soon at: www.platige.com or www.egurrola.com.
