The finals lineup for UEFA EURO 2012 has been confirmed after the play-offs concluded on Tuesday.
Croatia, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Ireland and Portugal all completed aggregate victories to book their tickets for Poland and Ukraine. They join the ten teams that reached next summer's tournament from the qualifying group stage, and the two co-hosts.
