When are the ties?
The first legs will be played on 15/16 August, with the returns taking place on 22/23 August.
When and where was the draw?
The draw took place on Friday 4 August at UEFA headquarters in Nyon.
How did the draw work?
Draw procedure: The clubs with the five highest coefficients in each route – this applies to both League and Champions – were seeded and drawn against the other five teams in that route. There are therefore be ten ties in total.
What comes next?
The ten play-off winners will join 22 automatic entrants in the group stage, the draw for which will be made in Monaco at 18:00CET on Thursday 24 August. The ten losers will transfer to the UEFA Europa League group stage, with that draw being made at 13:00CET on Friday 25 August.
