FC Dinamo Tbilisi completed a handsome UEFA Champions League second qualifying round success against EB/Streymur in the Faroe Islands with a dominant second-leg performance.
FC Steaua Bucureşti await Dušan Uhrin Jr's men in the next round after early goals from Xisco and Jaba Dvali swiftly erased any thoughts of a home comeback. Following last week's 6-1 result in Georgia, Rúni Nolsøe's side knew their chances were slim to non-existent, but got on the scoresheet through Niels Paull Danielsen before Darko Glisic hit the visitors' third.
The game was only seven minutes old when Spanish forward Xisco stepped up to convert a penalty, his second goal in the tie, after Elguja Grigalashvili's great run into the area drew a foul. The lead was doubled five minutes later as Dvali connected perfectly with Grigalashvili's cross to head past René Tórgard.
All hope was long gone for the hosts but they showed admirable spirit as they fought hard all over the pitch and were given due reward on 27 minutes as Danielsen pounced on a Dinamo defensive error to slot past Giorgi Loria.
After the break, home custodian Tórgard produced an outstanding stop to keep out Vouho's point-blank volley, yet the No1 could do nothing six minutes from time as substitute Glisic rattled in an unstoppable strike from 20 metres to send Dinamo into the next round with a spring in their step.
