Key tips
• You have to know where you want to hit the ball and where you want to send it.

• For balance it is very important how you set your non-kicking foot.

• Hit the ball with the middle of the instep.

• Keep focus on where you want the ball to go, out of the goalkeeper's reach.

• Keep practising!
