The Greek champions will have the option of signing the 26-year-old, who has made 38 Russian Premier-Liga appearances for Rubin since arriving there in summer 2012, on a permanent basis. Former Spanish Under-21 international Marcano started his career with home-town team Real Racing Club before moving to Villarreal CF.
