The UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League semi-final draws will be made on Friday 12 April at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland. The draws for both 2012/13 UEFA club competitions will be broadcast live on UEFA.com and Eurosport.

The two draws will be carried out in one session, starting at 12.00CET. They will be conducted by the UEFA General Secretary, Gianni Infantino, and UEFA's director of competitions, Giorgio Marchetti, assisted by 2013 UEFA Europa League final ambassador Patrick Kluivert and three-time UEFA Champions League top scorer Ruud van Nistelrooy.

The proceedings will begin with an open draw for the UEFA Europa League semi-finals: as in the quarter-finals, no teams are seeded and clubs from the same national association can be drawn against each other. The semi-finals will be played on a home-and-away basis, with the first legs on Thursday 25 April and the returns the following week, Thursday 2 May. For administrative purposes, the last step of the draw will define whether the winner of semi-final 1 or the winner of semi-final 2 will be considered the 'home' team in the final. The 2013 UEFA Europa League final takes place on Wednesday 15 May at the Amsterdam ArenA, kicking off at 20.45CET.

The same procedure will apply to the draw for the UEFA Champions League semi-finals, which will be played on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 April, with the return legs scheduled for Tuesday 30 April and Wednesday 1 May. The 2013 UEFA Champions League final will be held on Saturday 25 May at Wembley Stadium in London, starting at 19.45 local time (20.45CET).

Media representatives wishing to attend the draws are requested to apply via email to fame_accreditations@uefa.ch before 12.00CET on Thursday 11 April, mentioning 'Club draws' in the subject line.

A live feed from the draws will be available in the media working area, which is also equipped with Wi-Fi. Both draws will be shown live on UEFA.com and Eurosport.
