FC Zenit St Petersburg have signed Italy left-back Domenico Criscito from Genoa CFC for an undisclosed fee.
The defender, 24, has agreed a four-year contract with the Russian club having broken into the Genoa first team in 2002/03 but made only one league appearance before joining Juventus in 2004. However, his breakthrough came with a loan spell in 2006/07 back at Genoa, where he has remained since a brief return to Turin the following season.
Criscito made his Italy debut in 2009 and now has 15 caps to his name, including three appearances at last year's FIFA World Cup. He will link up with his new Zenit team-mates on 8 July.
