Olympic member
The Under-21 international joins the UEFA Champions League second qualifying round participants from FK Železnik, who have been forced to renounce their UEFA Cup berth for financial reasons despite winning the domestic cup competition. Lomic spent three seasons with Železnik, making 65 starts, having begun his career with FK Borac. He was also a member of his country's Olympic squad in Athens last year.
No fear
"I'm happy because this is a big step forward in my career and playing in the Champions League is any player's dream," said the 21-year-old. "Partizan are the top club in the First League and I know I must give my all to earn a place in the starting lineup, but I'm not afraid."
